MiddleGAColo is a small but growing infrastructure provider built on a simple belief:

"reliable, secure computing shouldn’t come with unreasonable costs or cloud gimmicks."

Our team is made up of experienced infrastructure engineers, many of whom are former HPE-certified field engineers, with hands-on backgrounds in enterprise servers, storage, and networking. We focus on building systems the right way — with attention to performance, security, and long-term reliability.

We design our platform to support everyone from home labs and developers to growing businesses that need dependable infrastructure without unnecessary complexity.

WHERE YOUR SERVERS ARE HOSTED

Our infrastructure is housed in Digital Realty data centers, providing enterprise-grade facilities, physical security, and compliance standards trusted worldwide.

THE HARDWARE WE USE

We build our platform on enterprise-grade hardware from trusted manufacturers, including HPE, Dell, and Supermicro. This multi-vendor approach allows us to match the right platform to each workload while maintaining consistency, reliability, and performance across our infrastructure.

Our engineering team includes former HPE-certified field engineers, along with professionals experienced in Dell and Supermicro enterprise platforms. This ensures all systems are deployed, maintained, and optimized according to manufacturer best practices.

Hardware selection varies by workload to ensure the best balance of performance, efficiency, scalability, and reliability.

Because client needs vary, specifications differ by deployment. Typical configurations include:

We use a range of Intel Xeon processors depending on server generation and workload requirements, including:

Intel Xeon E5-2698 v4 (20-core, 2.20GHz)
Intel Xeon Platinum 8180 (24-core, 2.50GHz)

Additional CPU models and generations are deployed as needed to support performance, density, and efficiency requirements.

Memory

DDR4 / DDR5 memory (depending on platform)
Typical DIMM sizes of 64GB per module
Speeds commonly 2666MHz and higher

Memory configurations are tailored to each workload to ensure consistent and predictable performance.

Storage

All systems are built with high-speed storage paths to eliminate bottlenecks:

12Gb/s SAS backplanes
HDD,SSD, NVMe (including M.2), and SATA HDD options
Operating systems are hosted on SSD-backed storage for consistent performance

Storage type and layout are selected based on performance, redundancy, and capacity requirements.
